Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
